If you wish to exchange any product, you should return the product and then make a new purchase.
All purchased products at Home Sweet Kids can be returned and refunded, as long as the Costumer exposes his intention within 14 days after receiving the products(s) and as long as they fulfill the following conditions:
- The article should present itself in the same state as when it was purchased, and bear the original package and tag, as well as its accessories and components.
- The shipping return should be made, whenever possible, in the same delivery box, in order to protect the product.
If the return is due to Home Sweet Kids’ responsibility (e.g., defective or damaged product, incorrect product), the shipping costs will be refunded. The return can be done up to 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s). If you wish to return an item for any other reason (e.g., change of heart), you can proceed with your return within 14 days after receiving them, but the Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To proceed with a return, the Customer should inform Home Sweet Kids that he intends to return the item(s), providing the reasons for return by e-mail to email@example.com or through the website contact form, and we will provide you with the return address.
Within a maximum of 14 days, Home Sweet Kids will proceed to an analysis of the returned product, inform the user of the right to the corresponding refund (if applicable) or shipping an identical item.
Once the reasons for return are confirmed, the Costumer will be totally refunded, including shipping costs.
