Within Portugal (mainland), shipping costs are free on orders over €50.

On all orders under the above value, shipping charges are applied to each order. 

Home Sweet Kids also ships within the European Union.

Orders are shipped within 1 and 3 working days, upon payment receipt. If you confirm your order on a weekday, by 10:00 am, and pay for it, it will be shipped on the very same day. We do not guarantee these timings during promotions, sales and Christmas.

If you are not home at the delivery moment, the carrier will leave a warning note in your mailbox for you to claim your order at the closest post office, where it will remain up to 3 business days. 

The delivery address might not be the invoice address. You can choose to receive your order at your workplace but ask that the invoice address be your home address. To this end, you should indicate the address where you want to receive your order.

Home Sweet Kids shall not be liable for losses and damages during transportation. Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging in order to check for any damage. If the products are damaged, the customer should not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. A delivery is considered to have been accepted once the delivery is signed upon receipt at the indicated address. In the case of a package being returned because it was not claimed or because of insufficient/incorrect address, a new shipment will only be made upon payment of the correspondent shipping costs.
